A Cautionary Tale

So... you are searching through endless websites looking for the perfect band. You see amazing photos of a band on a massive stage (like the AECC), with a huge sound system, amazing lights, a video wall etc.etc…Great! Lets book them.

So…the band arrive at your event.

In come the ancient, tiny, underpowered loudspeakers, chosen for their light weight, not their sound quality. Where are the lights? you ask. Lights? We don't have any lights. And the backdrop? Err…what's a backdrop.

Oh dear!

Just be aware, most of that stuff would have been hired in for an oil company or corporate function. The band don't own any of that equipment and normally use only the least they can possibly carry... not what creates the best show.

The Reel McCoy own their high quality, modern equipment.

The Reel McCoy do not sell "packages". We take our full production to every booking.

Whether it be a hotel function room, a marquee, a village hall or under the stairs in your stately home (yes really!)...all at no extra cost to you.

The event was a birthday party held at Hazlehead Golf Course, in the clubhouse. As you can see, by adding the star cloth and our amazing new LED lights, the 1970's decor of the clubhouse is transformed into a fantastic stage.
